
If you are in pain during surgery hours please telephone and we will make every effort to accommodate you on the day. If you are in pain outside surgery hours a message on the answer phone will detail our emergency out of hours arrangements.
We have ground floor facilities which are suitable for those people with a disability including those in a wheelchair.
Children are always welcome no matter what age. Our aim is to prevent dental disease rather than treat it at a later date.
We stock a full range of dental products that the dentist can advise for your needs. Ask at reception or speak to the dentist upon visit.

If in doubt please ask at reception. If following a check up you need further treatment, we will give you a treatment plan showing an estimate of the costs involved. This may alter as treatment progresses or as a result of x-rays. Should it change significantly we will inform you.
The NHS provides all treatment necessary to secure and maintain oral health. There are some treatments (mainly cosmetic) that are not available on the NHS and can only be done privately. We are happy to discuss these options with you. We can also offer private insurance options again please ask at the desk for details.
In addition to routine treatment we can offer:
Well always try to see patients at the appointed time. If we keep you waiting there is normally a good reason so please be patient.
If you have to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice otherwise you may be barred from receiving further treatment.
We will ask you to fill out a medical history form every year so please make a note of the medicines that you might be taking and bring the list to the appointment.
Also if you change address or telephone number please let us know so that we can update our records.
